Refund Policy

Monthly Subscriptions

AtlasSports.ai Premium is billed on a monthly recurring basis at $19.99/month. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle — you will retain access through the period you have already paid for.

Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds under the following circumstances:

• You were charged but could not access the Service due to a technical issue on our end
• You were charged after a confirmed cancellation
• A billing error resulted in a duplicate charge

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the charge in question. We do not provide refunds for unused portions of a billing period, change of mind, or outcomes related to sports betting decisions.

How to Request a Refund

Email us at support@atlassports.ai with your account email and the date of the charge. We will respond within 2 business days.

Cancellations

To cancel your subscription, contact us via the methods above. We do not currently offer a self-service cancellation portal — reach out and we will cancel immediately.

Chargebacks

We ask that you contact us before initiating a chargeback. Most issues can be resolved quickly. Accounts associated with unresolved chargebacks may be suspended.
